As President and CEO of Pinnacle Leadership Capital, Allen Sproul is responsible for running all facets of the business. Allen has a proven executive management and leadership track record and over 15 years of experience in operations and customer experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Prior to founding Pinnacle Leadership Capital, Allen headed the cloud collaboration market for Veracity Networks as Vice President of Customer Experience, responsible for the implementation of more than $20 million in revenue. At Veracity, he transformed the Customer Experience and Product Management teams, improving productivity by 151% through process improvement and leadership development programs. Allen also successfully developed and implemented the strategy for Professional and Managed Service offerings, improving Veracity’s top and bottom line revenues and EBITDA. Successful onboarding of the Company’s largest customers has grown the Professional Services sector more than $2 million in less than one year and has directly contributed to the growth of other revenue streams.
Prior to Veracity Networks, Allen’s career has been highly focused in Operations, tackling positions such as an SBU Division Manager overseas for a large BPO, Technical Support Manager and Production Manager for Xerox. He has gained valuable experience across multiple forums and disciplines, including SaaS B2B Development, Risk Assessment, Resource Management, and IT applications.
As an active member of his community, Allen has participated in Boy Scouts of America for most of his youth and adult life. He has volunteered and coordinated 5k runs and biking events for local residents and homeschooled families. As a husband and father of five children, Allen’s greatest joy has been his family and loves being with them in the outdoors.
Allen earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, completed his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has remained an active member in the Northern Utah Chapter of PMI. He has contributed to academic publications, authoring “Beyond the Bottom Line: A Multi-Level Analysis of Offshoring” and co-authoring “The Impact of an Epidemic on Organizational Employees and the Labor Pool: Complex Global Problems and CSR”. Allen’s teams have been bronze medal Stevie Award recipients for both Excellence in Customer Service Department and Best Customer Service Department of the Year, in addition to placing as a top 5 national finalist. As a guest lecturer at Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, Allen taught and coached students and professionals in project management courses as a PMP and Agile trained professional.
